Frank Wildhorn wrote the music for a production by Takarazuka Revue, the famous all-female Japanese theatre company. The show, titled Never Say Goodbye (The Footsteps of Lovers), is being performed by the Takarazuka Cosmos Troupe. Luyrics, script and direction is by Shuichiro Koike. Main parts are played by Yoka Wao and Mari Hanafusa.
It is a love story during the Spanish civil war in 1936 between George, a Jewish cameraman, who escaped from his own country Poland, and Katherine, an American playwriter.
