Lars the little polar bear lives with his dad where the world is full of snow and ice - at the North Pole. Lars often looks across the open sea and wonders if perhaps behind the eternal ice is another world, or even a new friends? One night Lars drives, sleeping on an ice floe with his girlfriend, beep, to the open sea and it begins a journey to foreign lands and unexpected adventures. What do the two expierience with Hippo, the hippopotamus? What is it, that Nemo, the ship's cat, helps with and why is Theo, the snow tiger so sad? On the way back to the Arctic, the audience experience Lars, the world-famous little polar bear, in a brave role!
